Everyone wants a healthy body, but they are too lazy to get up and make efforts to get the body they
deserve. If you’re going to exercise daily, you can make a schedule and follow it every day. It is really up to
you when you want to work out; it can be in the day it can be in the night you should work out at the time
you are free, and you can focus the most on yourself. There are so many apps that help you make a schedule
for your workout; they even send you alerts when it’s time for you to start exercising.
Go through these points to keep a check on your regime:
Stay motivated: You have got to stay motivated to keep exercising daily. Set a realistic goal and when you
reach the milestone, reward yourself. When the goal is realistic, you can do it every day without getting
irritated and meet your body goal quickly. If you keep making excuses to stop yourself from working out,
you will never meet your goal and stay unhealthy and unfit. A sick body can lead to an unfocused working
schedule and unhappiness in your mind.
Have fun: If you want to keep having fun, try a variety of workouts. When you will do various exercises,
you will stay motivated and be excited to work out. So in this way, there will be no excuses. You can stick
to dancing, you can do Zumba or aerobics, and you can also do proper exercises while working out; it
depends on what you want to do. The only thing that will remain certain is that you have to do it daily
because consistency is the key to meeting your goal.
Proper rest: Due to our hectic working schedules, we put our sleep on stake. Taking adequate rest is as
crucial as exercising daily. When the body is not getting the proper rest and sleep, you will start feeling tired
and irritated all the time. With adequate sleep of a minimum of 7 hours, you will wake up with good energy
and vibes and will be able to exercise in a satisfactory manner.
Support from your peers: If you are alone, you can ask your friends to come to your place and do a
workout together. During this pandemic going on, you can do a virtual work out on websites like Google
meet or zoom call, etc. Almost every social sites give you the opportunity to video call your friends; video
call them, and start doing a workout; when you see each other working out, you get motivated and give your
best to it.
Finally, think about how the healthy body will make you feel? and how happy you would be with a healthy
and fit body? A healthy & fit body gives you such confidence that no other thing can. Do whatever is
suitable for you, if your friends are going for a run, but it doesn’t suit you; do what gives you pleasure.
